We've just updated our Mind Maps

They include:

1. More details on Penalties of the EAA, Transaction Records Initiative (TRI) and CEA's Enhanced investigation and inspection powers.

2. More details on Law Society Conditions of Sale which include the new Clause 16 (Parties should now consider mediation as a dispute resolution mechanism).

3. Elaboration and example scenarios applying the Mortgage Servicing Ratio (MSR) and Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR).
