We specialise in what we do to present the RES syllabus as Mind Maps. We only sell the Mind Maps. We do not offer other RES tutoring services, free RES exam questions, practice papers or question banks. The Mind Maps were updated in Oct 2025. It includes changes to Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and an increase in RES Fees (with effect from 1 January 2026). If you've bought the Mind Maps from us before, feel free to approach us for updated copies - free of charge! Rest assured, more than 2,500 copies of the Mind Map have been sold and it complies with the current RES syllabus. Notably, candidates will not be tested on government policy changes announced or implemented within one month before the RES examination because the exam will be set in advance.

The Mind Maps have been consolidated into two categories - Paper One and Paper Two. The Mind Maps were created to be used as soft copies. Many of our customers are revising on-the-go and on various platforms (mobile, tablet or laptop), so soft copy versions of the Mind Maps are more convenient. Upon confirmation of payment, the Mind Maps will be available for download (as zipped files) on the invoice. Although possible, printing in hard copy is not recommended as an A3 size print is needed. The Mind Maps will not be sent as hardcopies.

The RES Tutor takes a strong stance on copyright. As seen in our Terms of Service,(javascript:void(0)) none of our Mind Maps may be reproduced. Some of our customers are re-taking the RES exams. So, they might've already passed one of the two papers and don't need the Mind Maps for both papers. Hence, we sell the Paper One and Paper Two Mind Maps separately. $50 for one set of Mind Maps (Either Paper 1 or 2) $80 for two sets of Mind Maps (Both Paper 1 and 2)

As much as we want to meet your request, we must be fair to our past customers. Since we started selling the Mind Maps in May 2018, we've never offered a discount to any of our customers. We seek your understanding on this matter.

Yes! All our Mind Maps have been created using the award-winning XMind - Mind Mapping Software.(https://www.xmind.net/) As such, the Mind Maps you receive are of HD quality. ​ In other words, you can zoom in until shiok!

1. Glance through all the Mind Maps for a brief overview and see the "style" which we used to construct the points in the Mind Maps. Take no more than 30 mins for this. It will also help you to draw connections between chapters which you might have missed out previously. ​ 2. Cross-reference the Mind Maps with your own notes to ensure you have understood the content in the syllabus. ​ 3. On top of the Mind Maps, another useful method to test your understanding is to complete the MCQs in the practice questions. As you try more questions, you will see the "pattern" in which the questions are phrased and the answers the examiners look for.

Honestly, we would love to give you a “guaranteed pass”. Realistically, we can only share facts and our own experiences. ​ When I (Eugene) studied for my own RES exams, I only studied these Mind Maps (didn’t even touch the thick textbook). It was enough for me to answer the questions confidently and pass on my first attempt. ​ We've had customers who studied "last minute" (about two weeks before the exam) and gave us feedback that the Mind Maps were really helpful.
