We've just updated our Mind Maps

We've just made some amendments to "Chapter 7 & 8 - Sale of HDB Flats".

They include:

1. Under “2-Rm Flexi Scheme”, broke it down into (1) 99 years lease and (2) Short lease.

2. Under “Leasing of HDB/Private pty”, updated the (HDB) Min-Max lease term of Non-Malaysian SPR/Foreigner: 6 mnths-2 yrs (previously 1.5 yrs).
