We've just made some amendments to "Chapter 6 - Sale of Completed Pty", "Chapter 9 - Taxes on Pty" and "Chapter 10 - Pty Finance & Finance Calculations".
They include:
1. Change in Loan-to-Value Ratio (HDB-Granted Loans) announced by Ministry of Finance, Ministry of National Development and Monetary Authority of Singapore on 15 Dec 2021.
2. Change in ABSD rates announced by Ministry of Finance, Ministry of National Development and Monetary Authority of Singapore on 15 Dec 2021.
3. Change in TDSR rates announced by Ministry of Finance, Ministry of National Development and Monetary Authority of Singapore on 15 Dec 2021.
Notably, candidates will not be tested on government policy changes announced or implemented within one month before the RES examination because the exam will be set in advance.
